The XL U-Chill Foil Inner Liner is a purpose-designed insulated foil liner for the 560 x 390 x 250mm XL U-Chill Outer Box. It provides an additional insulated barrier to help reduce heat transfer and protect temperature-sensitive products during chilled and frozen transportation.

Ideal for cold-chain deliveries, the liner is suitable for meal kits, meat, seafood, dairy products, fresh produce and other perishable goods. When combined with the compatible outer box and suitable frozen ice or gel packs, it helps maintain a controlled environment throughout transit.

How to Use

Place the required frozen ice or gel packs and products inside the foil liner. Minimise empty space where possible, then fold and seal the liner before placing it inside the matching XL U-Chill Outer Box.

For best temperature-control performance, use an appropriate number and type of ice or gel packs based on the product, journey time and required temperature range.
