Pallet & Machine Film - Hand Shrink Wrap & Machine Shrink Wrap

Pallet wrap (also called shrink film or shrink wrap) is used to secure, stabilise, and protect palletised goods during storage and shipping. It prevents movement, reduces damage, and keeps loads clean, secure and tamper-evident.

We stock:

• Hand pallet wrap: includes clear and black wrap. All rolls feature an extended cardboard core which acts as a handle for manual application. Available in a variety of microns (strengths). 
• Machine pallet wrap: includes clear and black wrap. Available in a variety of microns stretch percentages to maximise the material on the roll.

Please note machine shrink wrap requires a specialise machine – these rolls cannot be applied manually.

Hand shrink wrap is applied manually using extended core rolls or dispensers. Best for small-to-medium volumes.

Machine shrink wrap is designed for pallet wrapping machines, offering faster application, consistent load containment, and reduced film usage by maximising the amount of material on the roll.

We supply:

• Clear shrink wrap: perfect for high-clarity visibility to identify the pallets contents and aid in the scanning of labels and barcodes.
• Black shrink wrap: ideal for concealing pallet contents, making it tamper-evident and protects from sunlight exposure. Often used for export shipments or high-value goods.

• 12-17 micron: standard use for lighter loads.
• 23 micron: medium-to-heavy loads.
• 28 micron: heavy duty protection for irregular pallets.

Yes, our stretch wrap rolls contain a high percentage of recycled content. Once removed from pallets, they can be recycled through appropriate commercial recycling streams.
