Packn offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it delivery through our own fleet of vehicles throughout Scotland, DHL or a specific areas trained freight forwarder. In addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Warehouse Mon-Fri (see our Contact Us page for opening hours). A list of all delivery options can be found below.

General Information

  • For addresses within the UK mainland, we aim to delivery your purchases as soon as possible. However please allow up to 3-5 working days from receipt of your order for delivery to arrive. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer than our estimated 3-5 working days.
  • Please note that during certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas, Bank Holidays) delivery times will vary. 
  • Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. postal strike, courier backlog).   • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer however that ALL packages are signed for.
  • On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department, by email sales@packn.co.uk or by telephone +44 (0)141 530 5555 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order is late or you would like to speak to a member of staff you can drop us an email or talk to our friendly team on 0141 530 5555 (option 1).

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We are open public holidays!

Collections are subject to our opening times. Any deliveries made with our own vehicles will be delivered during public holidays. Any deliveries despatched through our courier network will be subject to their public holiday delivery policy.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver throughout the UK mainland, including the Highlands and Islands.

We recommend contacting us for any specific queries or concerns if you are situated in a remote part of the UK or have an address which is difficult to find.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently we do not offer a next day or timed delivery service, however if you are local to our warehouse there may be an opportunity for one of our vehicles to deliver if they are passing through the area.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, we require you or a trusted caretaker to be present on the day of delivery to ensure the goods are safety received.
